HPCL – VENDOR REGISTRATION

Documents Required

• Full Name, address, contact details, telephone number, email id.
• Company registration certificate /Partnership deed/ Shop and establishment license.
• PAN Card details
• MSME (Micro small-medium enterprise)/NSIC (National small industries corporation) (details if applicable)
• Relevant pages of the balance sheet and P&L Statement for the last 3 years
• Copy of the Highest Purchase orders executed along with completion certificate
• List of supply items/services offered
• Bank Solvency Certificate
• As per the type of entity, the following  documents are essential:
  • For manufacturers – Factory License, Excise registration, VAT, CST Lic, IBR Lic in case of Boiler Mfg
  • For contractor – Electric License, ESIC, EPF, Insurance
  • For Supplier/Stockist- Agreement with principal manufacturer, VAT certificate
  • For Service Provider- ESIC, EPF, Service Tax

• FuelEnt Agreement
• Online filling of the information in the credential Bid Form.
